How Do I Book A Car?
Booking is very easy! Go to our website and choose the car that you want to rent. Fill out the required informations – personal informations, locations for pickup and drop of car, your age and payments and submit your booking and wait for confirmation!
What information do I need to provide?
We don’t usually ask for informations that are not too important. The required informations or documents that you need to provide us upon renting the car are the following:
- Your valid driving license.
- Valid Passport (for foreign/ tourists)
- Copy of your CPR.
Where is your location?
We have a total of four branches here in Bahrain. Our main office is located in Manama. Other available locations are in Hoora (Exhibition Road), Adliya and in Bahrain International Airport (Muharraq). Please refer to our locations page to see the list of locations and contact details.
Is additional equipment available?
Additional equipments like GPS devices and baby seats are available but you need to pay an extra amount for these equipments. You’ll be able to choose your extra equipment on booking.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes! Once you booked a service, we will give you a call as confirmation that we have received your booking.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
You need to be at least 25 years old to be able to book and rent a car. And of course you need to have a valid license.
What modes of payment can i use?
We accept booking payment through Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
What is Fast Track?
Fast track is an optional feature from our side where you can upload all the required documents after booking your car. This will make it easier for you and for us as well to manage your booking. Once you upload all necessary documents, all you need to do is pickup you car from our branch and be on your way! Easier and no more hassle!
